Also- my significant other is my opposite too.  She is a 
very ultra-conservative, but she was born with an inheritance.  Listening to her opinions about ethics / crime / society / politics / kids / world government are all quite amusing to me.

The thing I have found to be interesting is most people I know who are hard right or hard left have lived very..... closed lives. They can't see things any other way than they do because of limited experience which gives them limited perspective. Not all are like this, but many I know are.


I've lived a very different life than most I know, some would say similar to a gypsy in that I never stayed in one place for more than a year my whole adult life until 3 years ago. I've lived among and been friends with folks from every socioeconomic group there is other than the infamous 1%.


So many folks I know are in the same exact life they were born into, the only difference is they are now the adults. That gives them limited perspective on a lot of things IMO. It doesn't mean they're wrong, just very different from me.

Mine said "you'll have a beer with anyone."    :teehee:

No surprise for a Centrist Populist, I came in almost dead center.

Me too, but some questions I answered as neutral because they required perspective.
