JJ is just one of those guys who needs constant attention. He craves it. it's just his personality. He needs the credit for everything good that happens.
It will never change.
I agree, it has to be annoying for the coaches and players to have an owner like that.
Usually it's only a matter of time until meddling owners screw things up for the team.
Owners should leave the football decisions to the football people, for best results.
If they don't like the results, they can always change the football people, until they do.
I'm sure other owners prefer to keep their business in the hands of the football minds.

Exactly. They probably think he has no business being the GM of the team. But he is one of the main reasons the league has exploded the last 25 years.

I agree he's good for the league.
He also keeps the Cowboy's name in the spotlight, despite them being a very average team record wise for how many years now?
They have 1 playoff win since 1997 (1-6), while the lowly Jags have 3 (3-5) OUCH!!!!
That kind of puts things in perspective doesn't it?
GM Jerry has a great chance to get at least another playoff win this season.

Not a big deal to me. It's his team and he is the one that "writes the checks" every week. He can do what he wants.
Very happy that JJ isnt our owner for multiple reasons.
