Looks like the days of soda pop and milkshakes are gone from the organization.  Marrone had this today to say:

 

“I hope that our players are watching this and understand: that they need to be working right now,” Marrone said. “This is going to be a culture where you earn the right to work every day and win that day. You have to understand that and take that on a day-to-day basis and work through all the different phases that you do."

 

Looks like real accountability will be in place including losing your job if your not performing. 

What the heck too so darn long?

I wonder if sprinkles is still banned.

I have more faith in the Marrone hire coming from Coughlin than it would from Caldwell.
