For the past few weeks I have noticed that when passes to receivers is high, ball wobbles and appears to be nose up. I went back and looked a few UCF clips, and didn't see that was an issue. I remember when receivers complained about Gabbert's throwing the ball with the nose down. I wonder if there was not some tinkering of Bortles' release to have the ball thrown nose up? Thoughts?
