Anybody get to see Paul last night?

Well I did and it was freakin' awesome. One of the best concerts I've been to for sure.

Absolutely amazing that he can keep kickin' [BLEEP] so much at 72 years old. Hope I'm that awesome if I get to that age.

I saw him about ten years and ago and he was great. I knew some people that went last night and said it was a great time.

I will say too. He has a great band that he plays with now.

I went and had tickets on the top row in the 309 section. Well walking around before the concert, a lady stopped me and have my girlfriend and I front row tickets. We were literally sitting directly in front of Paul on the very front row.

It was insane to go from the very back row to the very front row. Awesome concert all around.

Wow! That was an awesome thing for her to do! Did she say why she did it?

Apparently Paul likes to send people out to the top floor and hand out front row tickets to young, energetic people so that the front row feels like a party atmosphere.
Note to self: Always appear to be young and energetic.

Good luck with that, self.

"Sir, Paul has asked that you stay in the lobby. Here is a voucher for a hot dog and a soda."

Awesome. The whole arena singing Hey Jude was crazy. Then the 72 year old tore it up with Helter Skelter.

Can't explain how great it was. Live and Let Die? Nuts.
I'll be seeing him here on Thursday in Greensboro! Hopefully he tears it up!

Yep.  Great show.  I have seen him and Ringo.  I'll always regret never seeing John and George, but we have to live with the cards we're dealt.
I had VIP seating and VIP parking for the show back in the spring. Once he postponed the show I couldn't make it and had to sell my tickets. I was sooooo PO'd.

I don't want to hear about how great it was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, it was great.  We had the VIP package too.  He played for 3 hours solid and covered his whole career.  Some very unexpected numbers and some very awesome fireworks at one point.  Whoops, you said don't tell you, sorry.  Smile
One off the bucket list.

Next? The Who in April

The money spent on the arena was well worth it. No way we get these acts in the old round house coliseum.

Garth, The Crue. Maca.  All in one month?

I'm all Rocked out for a while

He tore it down! Highlights were the guitar solo after let me roll it, live and let die and hey Jude! It was a night I will never forget for sure!
