You misquoted Wikipedia. It actually states Richard Kirshner legally changed his name to Jackson Galaxy. That means it is his real name, not a stage or pen name.

It's a tad difficult to "misquote" a cut and paste... Ok, so he legally changed his name to a stage name... whoop dee doo.. apples/oranges...

My point is legally changing his name to Jackson Galaxy makes his real name Jackson Galaxy. Has anyone ever said Tiger's real name is Eldrick in the present tense? I don't think so.
