Why is TCU ranked higher than Baylor?

Because Baylor lost this past weekend to West Virginia.

Not that it matters. But it is interesting that FSU beats Notre Dame and loses ground to an idle team.

Because Baylor just lost to an unranked team, whereas TCU, while losing to Baylor, have beaten Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. You don't drop TCU after they beat a ranked team just because the team that beat them lost. That makes no sense.
