Where are my Dune fans at?! Has anyone read the entire series (Herbert and son)? Is this not the greatest series ever created? Is it not on par or greater than Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Trek, Potter, etc? How about the movies? Ok, you got me. The 1984 David Lynch movie wasn't all that great and deviated from the book a bit but how about the Sci-Fi remakes? IMO those were pretty good. Wouldn't it be nice to see someone take on the Dune project and give it the justice it deserves on the big screen? Many have attempted but none have been successful the past few decades.
