Quote:But seriously....even if you trust Bradley to get the Coordinators right this next time (which is a leap of faith at best)....what Coordinator candidate worth his salt would be beating down the door to come here at this point in Bradley's regime with such little security given Bradley on the hot seat??

Its almost better to just dump the Bradley staff (keep Sullivan/ Wash/ Scelfo as holdovers) and get a head coach in here that has a better chance of landing 2 quality Coordinators as the new coach will at least not be on any hot seat.
Gus went to his buddy well way to much.
Quote:If they win Sunday will you go away?
I won't have to worry about that.
Quote:From the coaching staff there's only a handful and neither of the coordinators are one of them. Gus isn't either.

Can anyone name me a moment in a game where they've thought "wow, that was a great coaching decision by Gus!" This year or last. Can anyone give me a game where we played above our means because of coaching? Maybe the first half of the Eagles game.
The Eagles adjust and like the Jaguars typical fashion we did not.

without question.

His cronies are phonies.
Quote:What??? Deep strike???? Jedd looked like *#@! the other day calling all those short dinks and dunks. When the game was about over Bortles went to a 2 minute offense and we opened it up.Look what almost happened.

Come on man. I was definitely joking Big Grin
Quote:Where is the improvement, besides adding a franchise QB? We are 0-6 AGAIN and can't stop anybody on defense AGAIN...

We actually "stopped" the steelers and titans. Granted, I believe by stopped you mean played well defensively. Again, one thing to be critical, another give incorrect information.

Bragging about "stopping" a Charlie Whitehurst QB'ed team, huh? Laughing

And Whitehurst still had a career day as well as left 2 TD on the field as he missed wide open receivers on would be scores.

jaguarmvp because he is about as knowledgeable about football about as good as the Jaguars are playing right now.
We lost to Charlie Whitehurst. Before that we gave the Redskins their only win of the year or they would still be on a losing streak from last year. Plus it was against Kirk Cousins. Yeah progress and improving.
LAMPING IS BY FAR THE MVP OF THE JAGS SEASON.   Anyone that could market this team and convince the public to buy season tickets last summer is a genius !!!

*The payroll dept' in this front office/staff is doing a good job in cutting the checks for the coaches and players.

We went 0-8 last year getting blown out in all the games and blown out a few after that. Starting this year we where blown out the games henne started. Since BB5 has taken over we have been competative, not blown out with a chance to win in the 4th quarter. So that is improvement, it is not going form 0-8 to 8-0 but the team is getting better and if you cannot see that you don't football much.

Definitely an improvement on the San Diego game.  I'm not buying last weekend as a moral victory as we lost to a 1 win team that was playing without their starting QB.  I'm also not buying the Steelers as a valid opponent as they just lost to Tampa and got blown out by the Browns & Ravens.  Bottom line, of the last 3 games, there was 1 decent team.

THIS WEEK is a good test to evaluate real progress as Cleveland comes in with momentum and a must win game to compete in their division.  The point spread is 4 points.  I think if they can keep it within 7, that would be a major accomplishment.
