My advice to Flacco: learn to long-snap. But that's my advice to just about any fringe, practice squad-caliber TE.
Start him now and pray he's as good as Harbor.
Is he a blocking TE? If so, that makes some sense.
He's Joe's little brother. Played minor league baseball for 4 years then went to school and became a TE.
