I'm all for giving our team time but things just never look good...

Gus would make a good college coach. Or cheerleader. This guy isn't meant to be a head coach in the NFL. Take a page from the Raiders if it is blatantly obvious that it isn't going to work cut your losses and move on. Don't look even dumber and pretend like it's going to be magically better.
