To be fair: (RE: Scoring on kick returns)
There were only 8 TD's on kickoff returns last year. (not counting 3 from fumbles going to the other team)
Only 13 TD's on punt returns.
There's only been 2 kick return TD's this year so far. And 4 Punt Return TD's.
