The usual Jaguar formula is as follows

 

1. The team will start to look better and gives you hope.

 

2. The team then makes you regret that hope by putting on a pathetic performance.

 

The Jags have had this issue since 2007.  I hope they can break the chain.

In 1999, the Jags finished with a 15-3 record..........All 3 losses were to the Titans. There's a curse that's been put on us, and it needs to be broken. Anybody know a good witch doctor?

No current team members from the owner to the kicker were with the Jaguars in 1999. Jaxson deVille is the only guy with a first-paw experience of those three losses. Do you really think they have that year on their minds this week? Probably not. Yes, it is great to get back at them, but the team is just thinking of it as another AFCS game.
