But how many good games have you seen on a Thursday night? The teams are put on a very compressed schedule, and the lack of preparation is immediately apparent. To me, one of the beauties of football is watching the chess match unfold between two teams where they try and outmaneuver the other. With these blowouts, that ain't happening. I just think that the environment is not set up for optimum performance by the teams and I feel like the League should not be okay with that.
