How do you add images or links to a post?

From a computer there is an image icon and a link icon and a bunch of other stuff.  But on a mobile device, I haven't a clue.    

Appreciate it. I do most of my posting from my phone, lol

Most of mine from iPad, which seems to be similar to phones. I can't do any of that cool stuff either.

I use tape but my screen is starting to become really cluttered and sticky.
