Here is my entirely too early 2015 Mock Draft (subject to change)
Round 1: Randy Gregory DE Nebraska (Best LEO prospect on the board)
Round 2: Mike Davis RB South Carolina or TJ Yeldon RB Alabama (One will fall; Will start Day 1)
Round 3: Durrell Eskridge FS Syracuse (Tall, rangy FS)
Round 4: Ladarius Gunter CB Miami FL (Big Corner that Gus likes)
Round 5: Jake Smith C Louisville (Possible starter; Good Depth and I expect FA depth signings at G and T)
Round 6: Rory Anderson TE South Carolina (Solid Receiving TE)
Round 7: Jeffrey Whitaker DT Auburn (Solid Rotational DT)
Thoughts?
Which pick are you mocking us at? Guessing top 5?

top5 range yeah
Vernon Hargreaves for CB and Todd Gurely for RB. Why TJ over Gurley lol?

Hargreaves is a true sophomore and I think he is predicting Gurley to go in the first, meaning that TJ will fall to us in the 2nd
Yeah, forgot Hargreaves was too young for the draft. The kid is really good though.
If Gurley is still available in the 2nd round, we should grab him. I'm not sold on TJ because of his size and his amazing ability to fumble the football to single handedly lose the game.
Yeah I have Gurley and Gordon as 1st round RBs
No thanks on Gregory, relies too much on his speed and is a one trick pony. Good OT seem to have their way with Gregory. Overrated in my eyes
What about Leonard Williams?

No chance Gurley falls to the 2nd (assuming he doesn't have some horrible injury).
Based on CBS rankings for estimated round:
<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Round 1: Leonard Williams - DE - USC (We get our Wilkerson type DE)
<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Round 2: Devin Funchess - TE - Michigan (Finally get a playmaker TE)
<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Round 3: Cody Prewitt - FS - Ole Miss (Smart Athletic FS that can play in the box or single high)
<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Round 4: Tyler Lockett - WR - Kansas State (TY Hilton type WR...replaces Ace//Cecil)
<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Round 5: Anthony Chickillo - DE - Miami (Fills in for Alualu)
<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Round 6: Shane Carden - QB - ECU (Backup to Bortles that has solid build and great Athleticism)
<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Round 7: Taiwan Jones - MLB - MIchigan State
Also going by CBS Projections:
Round 1: Vic Beasley, OLB, Clemson
Round 2: Reese Dismukes, C, Auburn OR (if Bowanko is progressing nicely) Kurtis Drummond, FS, Michigan State
Round 3: Eric Kendricks, ILB, UCLA OR Tyler Kroft, TE, Rutgers
Round 4: Dominique Brown, RB, Lousiville
Round 5: John Miller, OG, Lousville
Round 6: Owamagbe Odighizuwa, DE, UCLA
Round 7: Mitch Morse, OT, Missouri
I wanna play too!
First three picks, assuming a top five pick in each round:
1 -
Shilique Calhoun, DE, Michigan State - I like what this guy brings to the table DE wise. While he isn't really a LEO in it's pure form, I think he has a role in the Defense. With the disappointment that is the current form of Chris Clemons, I think they look to go Pass Rusher early.
2 -
Devin Funchess, TE, Michigan - Probably the best "move" Tight End right now, if he's there in the early Second I think they take him regardless of Marcedes Lewis being on the roster or not. The position needs depth badly.
3 - Eric Striker, OLB, Oklahoma - Had a monster Sugar Bowl last season and I think he's what they want Dekoda Watson to be. He's really small but I think he plays with the edge that the team likes.

I believe that Dismukes could be had later than the 2nd, I have him graded as a late 3rd/early 4th round guy but I am glad you have us nabbing some interior OL. Man, I wish we could've gotten Alex Mack.
I don't think Funchess will want to move back to TE in the pros. He'll want to be paid like a WR, similar to what Jimmy Graham griped about.

I'd take and pay him if he is Jimmy Graham...

Woah, I don't know if he will be THAT good Lol.

I'm going by CBS.com's draft grades. Hopefully Bowanko improves, and we have our answer at Center. I feel like we should also draft some Tackle depth though. Especially given injury concerns.
