I looked things up before I posted this.   I am not saying we will win,or lose. I was just saying due to all of those things I wouldn't be surpised if we are huge underdogs.

Week 3 @ Seattle last year we were 19 point underdogs. It will probably be about the same.

Sure, knowing I'm not an idiot, can type, spell and have enough sense about myself to know that no NFL team will ever be a 40 point underdog.

I'm just kind of laughing that guys like that poster are heroes on here when THEY are the idiots of the board.   It's not me, its them.   I think he also made a post that we would destroy the Colts.  Of course he thinks the Jaguars will win EVERY week, and you can see how that's gone.

 

And I'm not trying to be mean, but just read a few of his posts.

40 point underdog..... at this point, I'm not surprised. I hope to be surprised by a close competitive game though....

MGM Vegas has the chargers by 13.5 at the moment.

I'd take the Jags if this were the spread. Bortles gives us the ability to score TD's now, so I really don't see it being a blowout. If it is, we will make up points in garbage time that wouldn't even come close to a 19 pt spread.

I didn't make a post we would destroy the colts. I didn't say we were going to lose this week, i just said we would be huge underdogs. I thought we would beat them and we would accuttly have a defense team play better.

Lighten up Francis...  Wolfie is one of the better fans that posts on this board, and I for one enjoy reading his posts.

 

On topic, yes we should be huge underdogs.  We have a questionable (at best) defense, a rookie quarterback making his first start and a young team overall.  Historically the Jaguars have never played well on the west coast.
