I did an image search for a better picture than the one rollerjag posted and discovered they have been friends since high school. In one picture of her and Blake, he was wearing #9.

She was at his introductory press conference during the draft. That is how we know her name and what she looks like.

With a little bit of searching effort you really get to see why Bortles finds her to really be an...........asset.
