Question:  If you were to introduce the Star Wars movies to an individual who had never seen them before, would you present them in the order originally shown (IV, V, VI) first, or would you show them chronologically (Prequels first)?

Every fiber of my being tells me to show original trilogy first, then the prequels, but I can understand the allure of of a story told sequentially.

Sub question:  If you are inclined to show the original trilogy first, would you begin with Rogue One, or literally the original trilogy?

Definitely the original trilogy. I would show them in the order they were released.
Order of original release.
If there was a 6 part adult version of star wars, id watch that in order of release..

But prolly in 5 minute increments
Absolutely in the order of release.

I know one thing...I would HATE to see Jabba the Hutt in the adult version.

Down a dark path this leads.
Original release. If you show them the prequels first, they may lose interest.

Everyone saying order of release is wrong and boudreaumw is right. You go IV, V then back to II and II and finish off with VI. After that you go VII and Rogue One, though Rogue One is self contained and can be viewed before VII as well.
In order of original release.. then smoke enough pot to sedate a water buffalo and watch the second trilogy.. then Force Awakens and Rogue One.
I've only ever watched the first release movie. If I were to watch the rest of them it would be in order of release because from what I've gathered from esoteric Star Wars allusions, the story is more effective that way.
What "prequels?"
Just pretend Return of the Jedi was the only one

I think I threw up in my mouth a little.
