Faceplant by Henne. And that's all she wrote. Let the Bortles era begin
That play was right up there with Goobert's backwards incompletion/fumble as one of the worst plays I've ever seen.
Jedd Fisch

I believe Bortles was in when we tried the flea flicker, and he got sacked on that play
lol @ blaming Henne for that play. He had zero chance. 2 guys right there when he got the ball back.

No it was Henne

Are you panicked that if this team still struggles you will have nobody left to blame?
Hurns was actually open on this play.  He beat the safety on the post.  The TE that we brought up from the practice squad, Marcel Jensen, missed a block that allowed Henne to be pressured.

I blame that one on Toby.

All I know is it looked like Toby saw he had two men to block and still pitched it back. I could be way off though. Haven't rewatched it.
henne called flea flicker and the oline heard screen and let the defense in :teehee:

Toby didn't want to ruin his 3 yards per carry average so he pitched it back

That play caused me to take a shot, it was that bad!

Thanks for bumping this thread up...  NOT    Wallbash

I could go on and on about Fish,....  But that play really hurt me to my core.  Who the heck runs a flea flicker when the D respects NOTHING about your QB, RB's, or WRs???  It was a desperate play call.  And it was destroyed because of our stench of desperation.

But again, thanks for making me remember that play. Sick

He got ran over a couple of times for a sack.

There really is some value to a TE who can block.
Desperate play call that should never have happened. I know I keep preaching patience with Fisch - but that one was ill conceived and Henne should have checked out of it when he saw the defensive set.

Shouldnt've called that play with our O line. Period.
