We all know who it is too. The guy who puts the LAME in lame duck President.
He thinks the public, him especially, is all the sudden privy to the new regulations.
I seem to remember a quote from 7 or so years ago.
If you want to know about the new law, you'll have to wait until the new law is jammed down your collective throats.
