Quote:Thanks for the hot tips on Cousins guys!

Damn I thought about you last night and told my wife good thing you didn't play cousins!
Quote:Start Crabtree/Allen and bench Gerhart.... Don't start Toby until you actually see him do well. I love Crabtree this week.
Thanks, that's who I have in my lineup.  If Megatron doesn't play for some reason, then I may have to start Gerhart unfortunately.  I have no one else due to byes but McKinnon from Minnesota.

You win some and you lose some. If I could predict the future... well i wouldn't be on a jags message board thats for sure.

Sorry it didn't work out though.

If you're making a honest joke, cool (hard to tell based on your message), if you're trying to pin the blame on someone that tried to help you when you asked for help, then shame on you.  Take some accountability as no one forced you to make that decision.

I played Cousins in one of my leagues too hoping to ride that hot streak. Crap.

Now my only hope is Kaepernick stinks it up worse then he did for the week.

I mean you have to play the hot hand. Cousins was lighting it up before last night. He had a home game against a weak Giants defense. Sometimes things just don't pan out.

Im starting Cooks, Wheaton and Hilton this week.... This Bye week is brutal. BTW- I love Cooks and Wheaton this week.
I'd have played Cousins too FWIW.

I got very lucky last night using Donnell as a bye week fill in.  Banana  Banana  Banana

LOL, i was actually thinking about this thread last night when he decided to implode.  Not to be a jerk, but i hope Bortles makes it sting even worse!

Go Jags!

just a joke bro. I have a horrible sense of humor.
I got a wedding this Saturday so I am warning now: very hungover Sunday morning. Might not be able to get to all your questions before gametime.

My apologies then.  Like I said I think it's funny if it's a joke but you didn't have a smiley or anything to indicate that so I wasn't sure.  I've seen people do that quite a bit on fantasy boards too.
The NFL is so random. What is Really funny is someone who would take fantasy football that seriously, as if you could accurately predict any kind of stats. "I trusted you!" Lol

haha same here! my buddies kept asking me how I knew! LOL sometimes it's better to be lucky, between Knile and Donnell my league's convinced I have inside information.

I honestly just took the guy with the highest Yahoo projection, and read a few blurbs about how he'd been targeted in the redzone by Eli. Good enough for me! I almost went with Clay Harbor to be sneaky.

Big Grin I concur.  There are some strange people out there.
Guru, I'm about to make a trade:

Gronkonski for Bradshaw. should I hope he declines or hold my breath he doesn't see my brilliance? (I'm going with Donnell at TE the rest of the season, trying to turn a bench player into a starter.)

I'm not the guru, but i've learned not to have that mentality (bolded) early in the season.  It's bit me before.

I hate carrying multiple TE's just seems like a waste, same with DST and Kickers. I load up on RB's and WR's whenever possible.

I'd sell high on Donnell and keep gronk.
Eli Manning looked great last night. I'd hold on to Donnell for sure.
