No, not with the players, though that doesn't help. I'm talking about inexperience of management and coaching. Is it possible that there's too much of it? A first time head coach, who clearly struggles with situational coaching at times. A first time general manager. An offensive coordinator who came straight from the college game.
There are plenty of examples of teams that have succeeded with one or two of those things. But all 3? What do you guys think?
