The Colts are still a good team but they certainly aren't elite. The defense is subpar without Robert Mathis and while Andrew Luck is still one of the better quarterbacks in the AFC, he should have also been making strides in improvement and he just hasn't shown that he has.

I agree that they severely miss Bruce Arians. I think the guy will be a stud coach with Arizona soon enough, and he's the type of coach who could probably be the one to make Logan Thomas into a decent quarterback in the league.

That said the Colts are still the best team in the division for now-though that can easily change if they aren't careful. They would be foolish to overlook you guys and if they go 0-3, then I'd be willing to bet they most likely won't win the division. I'm not gonna say that the Texans would win it, the jaguars' season could turn around if Bortles plays soon and the Titans could be decent if locker finally has a solid season-but either way I don't see the Colts having any guarantees of bouncing back if y'all win next week.
Quote:Luck wasn't very good last night, but too many turnovers? Don't agree. Don't really want me to get started on that INT last night, either.

I'm not worried about Luck.
He has had 3 INTS in 2 games. That doesn't include all the dropped INTS. It could be worse. I mean if your expectation is for him to be above average then I wouldn't worry either. That's what he is. I just haven't seen him get better.
Actually 10 ints in his last 4 Games

Good enough to lay a whoopin' on us if we play flat like last week.  I don't expect us to though.  It's at home, this last loss was a let down and they should have some energy from that, and it's a division game.  I expect it to be closer than our last two games.  So I guess there's that positive.

Well looks like the colts win this week. Rolling out Henne again is laughable

Because the Jags have played so well at home coming off a loss the last 4 yrs.

They are more than likely going to destroy us.

Are you forgetting the Colts have zero pass rush? No Mathis + No Jones = No Pass Rush for that team. Chad Henne will have tons of time in the pocket when the offensive line is doing its job.

So he'll be able to find that checkdown pretty well.

This, only I'd say great QB. The Jags would be this if we would start Bortles, which would make us Playoff contenders.

If Andrew Luck is a "great" quarterback, why did the Colts spend so much time running Monday night?

Blake Bortles is only a good quarterback until he completes his development but has the potential to be great.

This.
The Colts Offensive Line is improved and I think the return of TE Dwayne Allen is going to help their running and passing game over the course of the season.   Not to mention Reggie Wayne being back in action.

On the other side of the coin,  the Colts lack an edge pass rusher that has to be accounted for.  Against good passing teams,   the Colts are in serious trouble.   What compounds the situation is RB Trent Richardson is not reliable.   Hence,  it's difficult for the Colts to control the ball on Offense,  which would help protect their Defense.

Great is debatable
