He looked could. Ryan Davis looked real good too.

He and Ryan Davis were certainly positives and have grown since last year. One of the many positives we could take away from this game regardless of the scoreboard.

They were on fire the first half I liked the pressure they had on the QB for awhile, but they were on the field to long. Its definitely an improvement from last year Branch had some good plays I think he is finally in a position to do well and become even better.
Branch played really well. Nearly decapitated Foles.
Branch has been playing pretty well for a while now.
Some posters with an obvious agenda just wanted to discredit him any chance they got.
Looks like a nice pick. Actually, our entire defensive line looks very solid. I'm excited for them to have the opportunity to actually rush the passer on obvious passing downs later in the season when our offense is giving them help.

Definitely not. Cecil Shorts is more consistent. Last year Andre Branch had some good games and some bad games. Also Terrance Knighton was better at DT than Branch is at DE. He just didn't want to stay in Jacksonville after his rookie contract expired. And you can't forget his first pick, Eugene Monroe, was one of our best players the last four years.

I thought Foles would have to come out after that sack, especially when I saw Sanchez warming up with his helmet on.
But why wasn't Branch flagged for hitting Foles too low? It looked like a low hit to me.
The whole team looked great in the first half...
Branch looked suspect in the preseason but he turned it on right when he needed to. Absolutely great start for him and Davis.

The hit low on Foles was not by Branch; it was by Marks. Do you even know what you're watching?
