I just moved up to Jacksonville from Fort Myers FL and want to learn about and support the Jaguars. What is the best place in the Mandarin area to watch the games?

The top of the Matthews Bridge.  You'll have a great view of the south end scoreboard.   :woot:

OK, Matthews Bridge probably not the best idea.  Try the Ale House on San Jose Blvd.  Plenty of TV's and good food too.
