Why not bring him in? He's certainly better than Todman.
I believe he is more of a Toby type runner. We need speed on the outside so Todman is safe today.
I get the sense that he was drafted around and left on the bench in the preseason because the Bengals think he's done. Even at his best, he was a slow, power back whose biggest claim to fame was that he just didn't fumble.
