Who are they? Where are they going? What is their initiative of existence?

Year after year, they sign overpriced free agents and still expect to win the Super Bowl. Years and years of human trial and error have branded the act of repeating a process and continually to expect different results as insanity. Are the Raiders insane? Logic would tell us to not begin to argue otherwise.

Their football field is played upon a baseball field. I'm not a fan of this. It gives me eyes diarrhea and makes their games even more unbearable to watch.

They draft more busts in the NFL than anyone. It's mindblowing. When someone gets drafted to the Raiders they must see retirement flash before their eyes. It's incredibly unfortunate and the Raiders should be fined from players in demand of compensation for the loss of their hopes and dreams.

I just can't with them. I really just can't.

Everybody blamed Al Davis but his son is running the team the same way. Nothing will change until they are sold, and likely moved.
I won't waste any time analyzing the raiders.

They are a black hole.
We should talk about those god awful tarps.
I hate any football field where a guy can get tackled at second base.
Kind of like my father in law tackling me when I got to second base with his daughter.....HIYO!
Lots of stickers on the field
bad team, bad coach, bad news

Shotgun wedding?
It seems like when I was young all the teams played on a baseball field

I live in California.  The Jags have played there a couple times.  Besides MJD gedding hurt both times, the games were really fun.  I know you guys see articles about crazy fans., but from what experiences I've had,  it's been nothing but great times.  The fans are great.  I went last year, by myself.  I had my long sleeve Jags shirt.  Before the game, I got booood handcore, it was in the concession area.  It was all in good fun.  Once I got to my seat I never had anything happen to me.  After the game I put on my black sweatshirt and quitly walked to my car.
Honestly they remind me of us in some ways, except their management is different. We each have a young promising QB (Bortles/Carr) who we want to sit behind the established veteran (Henne/Schaub), a weak O-line and a questionable running game. We each have a young talented defense (ours concentrated in our secondary, theirs in their linebacking corps). We each signed some veterans coming off down years (Beadles+Clemons/Schaub+MJD).

However, our management, ownership, and coaching staff is far superior to theirs, as is our stadium and sustainability. We have constantly updated our stadium, have a lease for ten years, Caldwell (who's knocked both of his drafts out of the park), and Gus (a leader of men and effective football mind). They have an old place that is best defined as "traditional", their lease runs out this year, both the GM and HC are on a hot seat, and when people talk about relocating franchises, their name is usually the choice.

I think they could have some good success if they keep drafting well. They did well this year (Mack/Carr) but have to overcome some mistakes in the past (Hayden, etc).

I really wish they would move to LA, at least stop playing football on a baseball field. Why don't the A's play baseball on a football field instead?

The NFL doesn't want a team in LA ... If a team moved to LA, the NFL could no longer use the LA threat to get other cities to agree to new/upgraded stadiums. It's all a scam. They wont put a team in LA until the London threat can sufficiently take over.

If they would at least paint the infields green....

I totally agree about the field, makes my wife very upset to watch those games.  The former owner RIP was very active in drafting speed or flashy players (like a J Russell whom had great arm strength but too many off field issuses and lack of mental abilities to perform).  The current team has way too many aging veterans whom are big names that attract fans to buy tickets and they will probably perform well until late in the season when they start getting injured and fatigued.
