If they move to L.A., it will be interesting to see them compete with the Rams for Payton.

I know there was talk of this but seems kinda crazy seeing as how half the starters are on IR.

Yeah that was my exact thought. Wasn't just this year either, was last year also with the injuries.

  The Chargers and Rams also might be competing for Matt Patricia's services.

  On top of this is the Chargers potentially moving to the Los Angeles area overshadowing everything with that franchise.   Based on both injuries and relocation talk, not many NFL HCs could have done much better under the circumstances the last two years!    The Chargers were in essence playing road games in their own stadium against the Raiders the last couple of seasons.   To a lesser extent,  against the Steelers and Broncos.
