Quote:I believe you are thinking about the wrong line and the wrong sense of the word "brutal".

So McCoy and McDonald are scrubs?
Chris Smith is who I was impressed with. When he was at Arkansas I never remember him. Even though my team played them 4 times. His quickness on the edge was just plain special. Even though he did have a offsides.

We might have got a steal in him. I am almost certain T. Smith is the best bargain of the year so far. Hurns to!

You are lost, guy. Go back and reread.

I can't hold your hand through all of this.

Sure you can.

I read it as Bucs interior DL is brutal (as in tough) which is why our interior OL struggled.

If he meant it as their interior OL is brutally bad then my mistake.

Yeah, the latter is how I read it, but maybe I am wrong. Haha. I guess either are applicable.

Ha yeah. Either way works

No, either way does not work. The op was drooling about our d line, so I implied that the Bucs offensive interior line was brutal.

Ok. And I interpreted it differently. Doesn't make what I said wrong. Just not what you meant.
Doss might not even make the team lol

It's not as if our d-line has been dominating even bad offensive lines in recent years. What we saw Friday night was a sign of progress, no matter how you look at it.
Even if the Bucs O-line is turrible we did exactly what good D-lines do and dominate. How many times have we faced banged up and weak o-lines with the promise that we will have a big week only to see the entire line shut down and have someone like Fitzpatrick shred us?

They did their jobs and beat up on a weaker unit.
