If ya don't wanna get hit, stay in your car.

Quote:If this goes to trial, I don't see him getting convicted for it.

Why aren't people up in arms with Nascar that Tony Stewart is driving...I mean after all, he did actually kill someone. Whether it was intentional or not, or is it ok that we can wait for due process on this one?

It's nascar, plus it didn't involve a woman or a child.

Also, it's nascar.

I get that its Nascar and its not the worlds biggest sport....but....he freaking killed someone and still drives on Sundays. I'm not saying he shouldnt, but people are killing the NFL for it.

Killed driver under influence of marijuana...

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (AP) -- Three-time NASCAR champion Tony Stewart will not be charged with the death of a fellow driver at a sprint car race in upstate New York, prosecutors said Wednesday in disclosing for the first time that the victim had enough marijuana in his system the night he died to impair his judgment.

I'm not 100% sure that Tony Stewart didnt have bad intentions when that happened. I don't think he meant to kill the kid, but I think he wanted to scare him a bit.

In the court of law, they basically had no chance. The family will sue civilly (if it even gets that far) and Tony Stewart will settle out of court. I think the way it went down, the family does deserve a bit.
