Kaeps protest has nothing to do with football discipline, it was a matter much bigger than football. Philly guys said he wasnt the easiest to get along with, but ive seen no such report from the 9ers.

I never really gave much thought to Kelly as a head coach in Jacksonville until a post about it in /r/Jaguars on Reddit, but I'm actually intrigued by it.
It's a shame we won't have every announcer in the NFL talk about how fast chip's teams run plays anymore.....

Kelly just drove the final nail in the coffin.
Both are college coaches who don't belong in the NFL. There, they can recruit and mold players into their plans without dealing with egos or guys with paychecks bigger than their own. They have full control where their own egos can be satisfied.
NFL just isn't a good fit for either.

I don't think any coach that produced 3 conference championship appearances and a last second Super Bowl loss can be dismissed as just a college coach.
