Ryan made it to 2 AFCC appearances in his first 2 years, thats 4 playoff wins right there. 

 

oh, and his QB's were largely awful. 

 

I also could easily argue that Ryan's roster's had less total talent than Del Rio's.

Ryan took over a team with a lot more talent which he then turned into a below average team.
