Quote:I might be in the minority, but I don't believe Texas A&M should be starting in the top 25. I know they had a good recruiting class, but they lost their best player in Manziel and the defense was absolutely horrible last year.
Agree. They weren't a great team last year anyway. They finished 9-4, 4th in the SEC West and needed a miracle comeback to defeat Duke in the Chick Fil A Bowl.
Isn't it odd the team who won the SEC East, who put up 47 points against Auburn in the SEC Championship game, who soundly beat Oklahoma State in the bowl, and who finished 5th in the national rankings, doesn't get mentioned in the top 25?
I think Maty Mauk and the Tigers are going to be hard to beat again.

I agree. I think SC puts on a show to start season.

I don't think you end the season in the top 25. Book that.

I agree. I see 3 losses this year --- SC, GA, and 1 other one ... maybe UF or UT or T A&M --- 4 losses max. I'd say #20 at the end of the year.

I don't see the Tigers losing to Georgia. Maty Mauk came in last year with a 3 point lead against the Aaron Murray Bulldogs when James Franklin went out and sealed the victory with 2 quick TD's in Georgia. Mauk was SEC Freshman of the week in 3 of the 4 games he played and has an 11 to 2 TD to INT ratio and plays at home this year.

Deal. Length of time to keep? 2, 3 weeks? I am game for more.

1 month always seems like a decent length of time.
