Finally some good news! This deal will be announced tomorrow and extends through 2024, which I believe even exceeds the lease with the city. Great news!

Sweet!

Excellent!
Cool....helps to fight (not totally extinguish) the notion that this team will move to London (or anywhere else) anytime soon.

Good news indeed.

Nice. As far as naming rights go, Everbank Field is one of the better sounding ones around the league.

Yeah, I like it better than the previous Alltel Stadium one (which wasn't bad, either)
Nice
This was expected when they announced they were in negotiations to do an extension.  Things are going well with the relationship, so it's good to hear they were able to formalize an extension and continue to grow.

Shibby!

Did anyone let Jason La Canfora know this yet?

I dunno if it exceeds the lease, WW had extended it not so long ago which took it out another 30 years.  I want to say the lease doesn't expire until beyond 2030 sometime.  In any case, the naming rights extension is good news.

Edited to say: it didn't extend the lease another 30 years beyond the current lease, it renewed it for another 30 years from the date of the extension.

Great news

Correct. The city's lease runs until 2030. My bad.
Good news...
They know the team is moving next year derp

Finally a little good news in the last few days.. so disconcerting for it to be so quiet for so long and then have 2 big hits.  I do believe Ace will be okay - as far as Blackmon goes I am not so sure, although we were not counting on him anyway.

The best named stadium too.

I don't see how London is still being talked about for this team. You would be the idiot to move this team, in all of its recent success with a LOSING record, to a city where football is generally ignored.

I get Wayne Weaver brought the Jaguars to Jacksonville and all... but the guy sucked as a NFL team owner. If he hadn't sold the team to Shad Khan, we would be packing our bags. Shad Khan has saved this city's football team.

Great news. Can't wait to get to the BANK this season.
