Anyone play? How do you like to bet?

I love playing craps!

 

Pass line, odds, depending on how the table is going I'll bet the 5,6,8,9...

 

Depending on how drunk I am, I'll start tossing chips in the middle for prop bets.

Anyhow, I usually do the Pass Line and play the Field.  Once in a while I'll try for a 30:1 lol

I'm a pass line with odds guy also. But I usually get impatient and start betting the come too.

I either lose a thou or make two.

Pass line with the odds behind it. Depending on the shooter I'll place some bets. Normally 6 & 8

The world of gambling is a mystery to me. I don't like willfully giving money away that I earned. If I put 50¢ in a machine and it gives me back 75¢, or a soda, I consider myself ahead and quit. Although, I do like to jump up and down and yell "I won again!" whenever I withdraw money from an ATM and there's a line of people behind me.

I'm not a heavy gambler either but I will partake in some games if I'm in Vegas or Tahoe. No slots for me though, I can't imagine a more boring time than playing slots.


That being said, the only time I've ever won any significant amount of money, I was absolutely hammered and gambling with someone else's money haha. Usually, my goal is to lose a certain amount over X amount of hours. I can rationalize that by the amount of free drinks I consume. I figure it's a fair enough trade for the drinks and the entertainment value.

Yeah, I thought I'd only have that a day or two... But it wasn't that important to me really. Then someone surprised me by changing it back out of the blue. Oddly, I have more posts under tlb than I ever did under this name.

Play the pass line and field mostly, sometimes like to hedge bets with hard 8s or 10s.

I'll play slots from time to time. In Vegas especially. The casinos send the best offers to low rollers like me when you put a little coin in the one armed bandits.
