Quote:Same. I am starting to worry about his strength. He seems to get ate up way too much when he takes on a tackle head on. If you can't run through or over your blocker you're going to have to learn how to use that speed and foot work to your advantage.

He needs to spend the entire off-season watching some tape on Dwight Freeney's spin moves and Reggie White's speed rush-to-hump moves.
I have watched Fowler closely and what happens is he gets locked up on a guy and focuses on that guy, not trying to get around him.

Seriously...It's obvious that he commonly has a strength war as soon as someone locks up on him.

He is a warrior and for whatever reason....

He stops trying to get the QB and focuses on the strength battle with the guy in front of him
Quote:My concern with keeping Wash is will he want to keep the LEO/Otto/Seattle scheme or will he move to a more traditional 43?

I mean it's working this year, I just want to move away from any resemblance of Gus. But hey, if it works, it works.

Depends on if we keep Marrone or hire an outsider. I'd prefer we bring in someone that who would be willing to adjust the scheme to the talent. This is why Coughlin and Smith would be my favorites... their 43 schemes would fit perfectly with our guys. I wouldn't be appalled to keeping Wash, but I think it can get better than keeping Wash. Would kill to have Schwartz available this offseason (as DC).
It ain't about hands on the ground...

it's about stuntin'

Man gets his plays off them stunts.

He's the #1 Stunter

Would the real Dante' please stand up, please stand up.
