Kyle Brady was also out there today. Dropped some weight. Looks good. Was chaperoning a bunch of kids.

Hopefully he has improved because it is a good story for this organization if he really does become the voice of the Jaguars.  I just don't think it's going to happen.  He'll get his chance to prove me wrong. 

Once they get a load of the stuttering steeler, they will be begging for things to go back to the way they were.

 

Sexton wasn't perfect, but you can do a whole lot worse, and in this case, the Jaguars absolutely did.

Thanks for the report, it sounds as if one of the receivers is decent, but then again i guess takes eyes to see it.

Good stuff Tim, thanks for the updates.  I haven't been out to any of the practices to date so especially this year it's good to hear first hand what's going on.

It's really difficult to get a feel, especially when the practice was as vanilla as this one.  They didn't do anything terribly remarkable today, but it's an underwear practice, so that's not terribly surprising.

I would be really surprised if any of the 4 who were on the field actually made the opening day roster.

Just because theres someone worse than Sexton doesn't mean Sexton needed to stay....

 

If the other guy is worse, his stay will be short. 

 

Personally I think he's just the placeholder until Khan / Lamping find the voice they really want. The longer they let Sexton stay around, the harder it would have been to remove him because of people that cling to tradition, even if its "faux" tradition. 

Sexton just needs to slow the heck down when he talks.

 

Even the videos he makes... my god, take a breath or something.
