You can be a great leader, and be able to motivate, teach, and direct individuals on a path for success but in the end they have to acheive the goals. If you have no talent on the team (or very little) it makes being an NFL Coach that much harder. Not trying to make excuses for Gus, because he should get more than 4 wins this season but not much more as the team still needs another draft / FA to improve before being playoff worthy.
