All Hail Shad he has the khan
The man really wants to invest in Jax I'll say that much
It's all a cover up for when he moves the team to London..

Exactly. He will not only move the team, but will take all of these properties with him.

That will be a big boat

Have you seen the new yacht?
I was sitting next to this guy at a bar in Charlotte and when he found out that I was a Jags fan and ticketholder he asked about when the team would move and blackouts... I told him of all the investments in Jacksonville and a new dedicated owner that does stuff like this and he raised his eyebrows.. It's the old story about once certain types of news is out there, it's tough to get the real story out there to the nation who read the ignorant biased sports writers outside of Jacksonville..

And this is why the myth has been perpetuated over the years in the media. Once it was out there, many "journalists" didn't bother to research the story to find out what the truth was. They just assumed the fans didn't support the team. Some have issued their mea culpas, but most haven't.

Hopefully when the team starts winning, there'll be more nationally televised home games and more journalists will look closer and the real story will start to get out there a more. Hopefully.

Just like Vic said it would be.

That is really what will stop it. Win and it goes away for good.

I have family in Orlando that still think the games are blacked out and the team is going to move. But it is not a surprise. Read one of their writers sometime (Bianchi, Diaz, Greene). All they do is bash the city, the organization and it's fans. National media members like Florio and Lacanfora are regularly wrong about us.
All hail the 'Stache!!!!
Shad is the man!

I agree that mind set is out there, but its starting to change. When PFT writes an article on new cities being included in the NFL, when it lists Jacksonville it basically says possible, but Shad has invested in the city so its no longer likely.
If those stories keep getting put out there, the talk will die.

The talk will never die until a team is placed in LA and/or possibly London.. But that's all it will ever be, talk.. And Talk is cheap..

Once there are teams in both of those markets (if that happens), the next market in line will become the fixation. If the league does ever expand into Europe, there will come a time when the demand will be for a European division. Not just one team.
