Quote:I know its not your job to keep up but the defense will be insane this year.4 guys coming back that didn,t play because they were hurt
2 WR that may go in the first round. Just about everyone on offense will go pro in the next 2 years. A lot of sophomores
AGAIN LOADED!
Love the enthusiasm. But in no way, shape or form are they loaded. Unless Malzahn can create another bellcow like Mason to ride all year, they won't even get close to a return to the title game. They were one fluke against Georgia from being in the Capital One Bowl last year. And that was with a top 5 left tackle and a first round pass rusher.

First off, as usual biased toward the skill positions. Only 7 OL in the top 101? (1 spot included two players on the same team, the DEs from Missouri.) OL make up nearly a fourth of the players on the field. That speaks to it more as a fluff piece and popularity contest (See NFL top 100) than serious research and scouting. However, still worth analyzing.
Second, FSU is loaded and nabs 2 of those 7 OL spots. Historically good OL this year which could have all 4 senior starters drafted this year.
Third, 13 QBs? The QBs from Texas Tech, Utah State, and Mississippi State (last three in) are not better NOR more influential than the plethora of NFL caliber talent at OT, OG, C, LB, and DT left off this list.
Finally, lots of SEC talent as expected, 27 players. Pac 12 and ACC each have 20. Take out the top team from each conference and you have:
SEC: 27-5 (Alabama)=22
PAC12: 20-3 (Oregon, Washington, USC all tie)=17
ACC: 20-7 (FSU)=13
BIG10: 16-5 (Ohio State)=11
BIG12: 11-3 (Baylor)=8
So even without FSU the ACC is the third most talented conference which is a mild surprise.

Laremy Tunsil being left off the list is a joke. Left tackle for Ole Miss as a freshman gave up only one sack all year. Will be in consideration for the top ot this year

Mario Edwards
PJ Williams
Ronald Darby
Cameron Erving
Rashad Greene
Tre Jackson
All have legit shots of going in the 1st round IMO.
Winston will not be declaring himself for the draft. He needs two more seasons of baseball to follow the real money.

Ole Miss has several players that will be highly drafted in 2016

Unless you have been following Auburn football for 58 years like I have I think we have a little surprise for you. Do you really think we have no other RB's or a replacement for Robinson?
Think again

You don't think he's a top 100 player in the country? I mean, I know you're all FSU, but...nevermind.
Quote:Duke is good, but I don't think he is a top player in the country.
And for running backs, expect Karlos Williams to make a name for himself this year. He should have been at running back from the moment he got to Tallahassee.

Top 100, yes. Top 10, no.
