Naked man, playing violin, arrested outside Portland's federal courthouse
 

Turns out Portland city code does include a dress code of sorts. As in, you've got to be dressed.

A 25-year old man who was naked and playing a violin outside the federal courthouse in downtown Portland was arrested Friday afternoon on accusations of indecent exposure.
