Can't go wrong with anything made by Calvin Klein. You can get some for decent prices at Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc. I've used Eternity and CK Free, just some light clean smelling cologne which don't give the Benny effect

My personal favorite is the Lacoste red.
Get a Birchbox subscription! It's $20 a month and they send you stuff every month, and it's pretty much a guarantee that you'll get cologne samples in there. I've got so much now that I'll probably never use it all. Plus, you get lots of other cool stuff too. PM me if you want any more info.

Another good one that's actually pretty cheap, is Kiss Him. It's by the band Kiss, er, Gene Simmons or whatever. It's a nice, smooth scent.

Eternity and Tommy are time tested favs but, that 212 is the bomb.
Curve and Joop , Hugo, Nautica, CK Euphoria, Burberry Brit, are all good choices.
