No way.  We have a very concrete plan in place to develop our QB and Bortles is 100% on board with it.  They discussed it with him when he was drafted.  Johnny wants to be superstar rock god QB and was put in his place.

 

Caldwell and Gus have both also said that ideally Henne will start, but I have to believe that if Blake develops quickly and shows he's ready he'll be the opening day starter.

Well, technically right now Bortles isn't our starter either.  Unless something happens in camp ala Russel Wilson beating the crap out of everybody.

 

Plus the browns were on a winning streak until Hoyer got hurt last year right?

Any of these declarations mean nothing.  It's like when JDR said Leftwich was our starter.  Things change when actual football starts being played.
