Agreed, Blackmon will still get another shot with us. It think this means more for CS3 moving on instead of paying him after his rookie contract.

Nailed it. I still don't see why people are still in such a rush to get rid of Justin. It's insane.

Personally , I'm never letting Blackmon out of his contract here. He either stars here or nowhere.

Especially since he's being paid so little now with all of the punishment and lost incentives, he also lost a year already towards free agency and will likely lost a 2nd. When he comes back he will be like a 2ND YEAR PLAYER.

I don't know - the vibe and actions of Caldwell are starting to make me think Blackmon's future is back in Oklahoma, not Florida.

He's wise to not put to much stock in Justin, but rest assured that he will be given a final chance when he gets reinstated.

just saw a quote in another thread where Gus said he doesn't like then direction Blackmon is going in... and that the jags can't count on him. Still think they keep him.

Hes planning for the worst, hoping for the best. If Blackmon can change his life around by the end of 2015 maybe he stays long term. But right now you need to have other plans.
