Did the failed drug test drop Jerrigan possibly out of the 1st and 2nd rounds? Could we possibley get him or Smith later due to the test"?

Probally not Gus and Dave said they took like 36 players off their board because character issues.

I think there's a good chance Timmy Jernigan is drafted in Round 2.   The risk/ reward becomes more favorable with the player becomes more favorable with each passing pick,   There's a good chance what occurred with the sample at the Combine led to Jernigan falling out of Round 1.  

Jernigan...and yes, I think that probably took him off some teams' boards.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if not for what occurred at the Combine that the Patriots would have taken Timmy Jernigan with pick # 29, if he was still available.
