Initially I was concerned about his "transparency", but he's done a good job leading up to tonight in making it seem like almost every top prospect is a legit possibility for us.
Yup, i wouldn't be suprised to hear quite a few different names at 3. I'm rooting for a value trade, but if not, there are quite a few players i could jump onboard with.
Someone on here posted a video of Mack looking pretty bad against Baylor. I haven't seen a lot of any of these guys but that video was disappointing to see the least.
Listening to NFL network on Sirius they had on Herm Edwards talking to Pat Kirwin and they both said they use a color system to rate players and that BLue is the top and this draft has 4 Blue players in Clowney, Mack, Watkins and Robinson and that you always take the Blue player even if you don't need him you find a spot for him.
I just think at 3 you get the top guy at his position the with those 4 CLowney, Mack, Watkins and RObinson they are the top no one thinks otherwise. When it comes to the QB you can poll 99 "experts" and probably get a tie across the board.
Now if we were to trade back then take the QB but not 3 thats reaching. If Gus is following the Seattle mold then they will buld the defense up first then get the Qb another year.
