Quote:FBT has vouchsafed Zach beyond any shadow of a doubt.

Also looks like it was his physical therapist, not his agent, who vouched for his heavy hydration.

"Dear Dr. Lawrence Brown,

Zachary Mettenberger was under our care from 2/11/14 to 3/10/14 for the rehabilitation of his left knee. During this time, he reported to us that he was experiencing frequent muscle cramping during the day as well as at night while trying to sleep. Because of this, he was advised to drink as much as 1 to 1.5 gallons of water per day, to increase his consumption of foods high in potassium, and to increase his sodium intake. This was recommended as he was performing rehab and training 6 days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., causing dehydration. This high consumption of fluid was necessary to counteract the dehydration from intensive training sessions and to promote a healthy fluid balance while Zachary was healing from his recent ACL reconstruction.

We also recommend that Zachary continues this process throughout his rigorous rehab program to avoid future cramping and possible dehydration. If you should have any specific questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact me.Thank you.

Best regards,

Jason Eliowitz."

If he had anything illegal in his system, it still would have shown up even with a "diluted" sample.  It would have been there, only... diluted.  The NFL considers any "diluted" sample, even if having no trace of banned or illegal substances, as a "failed" test.
Quote:Perhaps you all failed to properly read my post, but that's nothing new around here. I said deeper than WE know. I have seen several nuggets from multiple who I trust that do know some specifics, and they have said that if they were allowed to give specifics the public would view him as completely undraftable.

I'm sure you're privy to all sorts of top secret unsavory rumors nobody else is aware of regarding QBs not named Bridgewater.
In a nutshell, the word is that he's a self-entitled frat boy.  It was well-documented that he liked to heavily drink and smoke and then he got arrested for sexual assault.  He lied to his coach.  He gets kicked off the team.  He makes his way eventually to LSU where rumors pop up that he's still smoking and he isn't a particularly hard worker.  Then he comes up with a diluted urine test which of course is from ACL recovery...  Not like there aren't dozens of other players recovering from ACLs.

I'm not saying he's a terrible person or anything, but he still has a ton of maturing to do.  He's not all that dissimilar from Blackmon, except he's a little smarter about it.

So I am now being criticized for liking the good guys? What a mess some of you all are.

Guess we'll see tomorrow how reliable these "sources" are...

No. You're being criticized for trying to act like you've got access to these dark secrets that haven't been published already.

Talk about a mess... LOL

At least we aren't here pretending to be amateur draft gurus with "connected" sources...

Wow... it was cute at first but now, just wow...

For the third time I guess...I specifically said I didn't have any specifics, but I know a few people who have always been trustworthy who say they do have a bunch of bad unpublicized specifics, and that's good enough for me.

Believe it or not I don't care. I kind of brushed their warnings off too for most of the process.

And yes, we know all of those specifics. I'm saying that there is a significant amount more than we don't know about.

And what is that?

But you didn't brush it aside enough to lob insinuations out there without any actual facts supporting them, or even details for that matter.

That's basically the exact definition of what trusted sources are. Based on their track record you trust that they have what they say they have, and in this case they are adamant that they do have facts and details.

They aren't your sources so you don't have to believe them, nor would I expect you to. But I do.

You trust them so much you don't even ask what they're talking about.

Are you a reporter? Sources?lol
Nope, but I know a handful of connected people.

Who haven't told you anything. Got it.
