College competition has nothing to do with success in the NFL.

Take it as you will.. or spin it.. as usual.

I don't think schedule or conference strength should count as a negative when evaluating a player.

However, I do think it can be a positive esp when the overall talent of your team is not as good as other teams in your conference. I.E. When Jay Cutler had Vanderbilt somewhat competitive when he was there.
If that's the case, I want the college QB from Colgate please.. Or maybe JU... Awesome stuff!!

Life is calling.. Are you going to answer? Prolly not..
To be fair, it's not just in defense of Teddy. It just shows pretty conclusively (albeit I think it still falls under SSS but I think it would be true if expanded also) that Bortles, Brett Smith, Fales, Matthews, etc shouldn't be tossed aside simply because of their conference.

You're so Teddy agenda driven its not even funny.. With you, everything has to do with that guy..
Strength of schedule should never be a "knock" on a prospect.  I think it makes it harder for the layman to evaluate them sometimes, but that's not reflective of the prospects skill or lack there of.

Actually from what ive seen you are more obsessed with Teddy than anyone here.
Cool.

This. Glad someone finally did this. I've always wondered whether strength of schedule had anything to do with future success.

Shouldn't you be complaining on how disgusting it is for college males to be dancing with co-eds?

It's actually pretty funny that since I stick to my year long evaluations of these players, instead of following the heard like most people, that it's now suddenly bias. Before Teddy started dropping for no reason everyone loved him, and I was the guy who was "Carrbage" biased because I liked Derek more than anyone else on here did. Basically if your evaluation is different from the herd and doesn't waver like the tides then you're biased.
This goes for every quarterback really.
