It's not good to have a reputation like that on a board that somewhat relies on people with decent football knowledge to post.

To totally negate all losses up to 1976 because apparently FSU didn't care about the biggest sport in America is stupid. Very stupid.

Most, if not all, of the rivalries in the SEC are a regional brand. FSU-Miami is on a national scale. When both schools were in their prime, it was THE rivalry in college football.

 

I wont discredit either school but overall the ACC is a "meh" conference.  With the constant struggle of power in the FBS though, im still not believing in the U or FSU until they consistently beat top ranked power schools each yr.  The governors cup, MIA-FSU, and the ACC title game, on a great yr, is a sad resume to defend.  Carry-on though, i'll continue enjoying the reunion show that  our Jags forum becomes every offseason.
